This is how I save my Rancho Gordo pintos after preparing them in the Intstant Pot. I love these wide mouth Ball jars and find I always grab them first over the smaller mouthed jars.

Recipe:
-Rinsed
-Coveted with water plus some for cooking
-Add chopped onions, bay leaves, Mexican seasoning (I use mine from the blog)
–Lard 2-3T
45 min on manual
Add salt later when preparing your dishes.
