Strawberry Blackberry Hibiscus summer tea

I have been having a great time making all sorts of teas to add to my daily sippers. What is a daily sipper you ask? It is my way of keeping hydrated by having a great drink with me at all times this not only saves me money by reducing my impulse buys on beverages, but I know exactly what is in every drink I make.

I usually make it in a 40 oz Stanley that I have upgraded with a glass straw.

The fruits, purées, waters and additional nutrients that I add to my daily sippers are all carefully collected, researched and curated by me over the years.

Hibiscus Sun Tea ❤️

Summer tea daily sipper

Strawberry nectar (from frozen spring fruit)
Blackberry muddled
Hibiscus sun tea (place water & organic hibiscus flowers in a glass vessel in the sun for part of a day and strain)

1/2 dropper of MB (read this before you start this supp)
1 tsp MSM prebiotic powder for sweetness and muscle support
Pinch or two of salt for electrolytes
4 oz Goji superfruit puree
Water & ice to fill a 40 oz Stanley

I like to take my fresh spring strawberries and make a blender puree with them to store them in the freezer. I always feel like I’m winning the day when I add this fruit to my summer drinks.

The blackberries are from mt bramble at the office. I pick so many throughout the early summer that my fingers are constantly stained with the beautiful purple color.

The salt is a great way to restore your summer minerals after long days of sweating and movement.

My favorite way to add super foods to my diet is to add this goji puree to my daily sippers.

Keep the tea in the fridge and just add more of each ingredient as you enjoy your sipper throughout the day.

Love & Tea, C
