My morning sipper

Every day it kinda changes depending on my innate needs Here is a great place to start as you develop your own intuitive knowing of what your own body needs Also, you will soon be a pro on when and how to support it.

This drink will last me well into the early afternoon then I will make another delicious evening sipper. Let me know if you have any questions or need some additional ideas.

My Morning Sipper

In a 40 oz Stanley with a glass replacement straw

-Ice ( I usually fill my Stan 1/2 way)

-2-6 oz Ningxia

-1 tsp Sulfurzyme Powder

-1 scoop Aminowise (if I’m doing any muscle training or need muscle support that day)

-1/4 tsp Golden Turmeric powder

⁃ good filtered Water to fill a 40 oz Stanley. Use a glass straw.

Optional additions depending on my daily needs:

⁃ pinch or two of Redmond Real salt

⁃ 1-2 packets Kidscents Unwind magnesium powder

⁃ 4-8 drops MB

⁃ 1/2 lemon juiced

– a squeeze of YL Vitality electrolyte drops

Nitro packet

But really the options are endless. You are only limited by your imagination …..
