My super saturation of sulfur adventure….

I had a friend share a video with me about how deficient most of us are in sulfur. It was such an interesting deep dive that after I watched it…. I watched it again and took notes…..

Then I proceeded to geek out on at least 20 hours of videos, articles , pub med…. It all…. About how, and why we are deficient in the 8th most plentiful mineral in the body.

What that can cause and how we can reverse it.

So then I set about a personal journey to see if it would make a difference in my own body.

I usually do this intuitively because I feel that what is good for one person is not necessarily good for another. This has served me well and is something I usually suggest to my friends no matter what they are introducing to their lives.

Here for the adventure ❤️

The suggestion of 8 weeks made a lot of sense to me. It takes time to make any profound change. I already had the best MSM product in my cabinet ( HERE IS THE LINK ) and just needed to get a few more so I could be consistent.

I was thinking about how I could support my detox pathways that were about to get super activated.

-Lots of well mineralized water ( we use reverse osmosis with our favorite salts added back.)

– Lots of sauna and Biomat work ( call our office for Biomat orders) ( higher heat with restorative hydration)

– Lots of rest and allowing myself to restore and repair

– Lots of excercise

– Lots of prayer, meditation and creative visualization for my desired outcomes

– Lots of great chiropractic adjustments to help my body and nervous system self regulate

Yep… I was on the journey.

But….. a fun one either way great possibilities…..

Because from what I understand most people are chronically deficient in sulfur

Oh …. & it’s just…..the eighth most common element by mass in the human body, behind oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, phosphorus and potassium.

What can sulfur deficiency cause?

After a quick search here are a few things I found ……

– Disruption of all repair of… eyes, skin, hair , nails, nerves

– A Possible Contributing Factor in Obesity, Heart Disease, Alzheimer’s and Chronic Fatigue

– Sulfur is known as a healing mineral, and a sulfur deficiency often leads to pain and inflammation associated with various muscle and skeletal disorders

– Deficiency associated with asthma and arthritis

– Low blood serum levels of two sulfur-containing molecules are a characteristic feature of a number of disease conditions. All of these diseases are associated with muscle wasting

What I’ve noticed during the first few weeks:

  1. More energy
  2. Better digestion and elimination
  3. Eye sight seems better even at night
  4. Less brain foggy moments
  5. A little less bitchy….. perhaps….. ha
  6. More interested in learning
  7. Better meditation
  8. More energy in the middle of the day

Easy protocol….. no downside

My little dish. ❤️

ps…. Here is my favorite way to take it. I counted out 45 caps and put them in a dish and put it on my counter. Every time I walk by I grab a few and take them with my favorite drink.

Favorite Daily Sipper Recipe (this recipe has been my go to for years now I love how it will be a good maintenance of sulfur after my 8 week super saturation)

-4 oz Ningxia

– 1-2 tsp Sulfurzyme (POWDER) not the caps it’s different

– 1 scoop Aminowise powder (also loaded with sulfur)

– 2 drops orange, tangerine, lemon or any citrus (it’s great tasting and a good cleanser)

– water and ice to fill a 40 oz Stanley (I use a glass straw because….. plastic sucks)

(HERE ARE ALL MY FAVES)

pps….. I also am supporting my liver and using a great binder to help remove any and all unwanted garbage. My favorites are listed in the link above.
