High Frequency Hot Chocolate

Omgosh….

This high frequency hot chocolate might just spoil me forever for any other.

Topped with the most subtle cardamom whipped cream and a light sprinkle of chamomile flowers, lavender flowers, fennel seeds and blue lotus flowers all ground together.

❤️

The hot chocolate base recipe

1-3 cups raw milk (or your milk preference)

Ibarra chocolate (grated into milk )

Organised powder

Ballerina Farm creamy chocolate flavor

Anima Mundi heirloom cacao

Pure Protein Complete chocolate

Turmeric a dash

Chili powder a dash

Gently warm milk in non-reactive pot. Add in various chocolates as you whisk and taste to your preference as you go. Top with cardamom whipped cream.

Cardamom whipped cream

Whipped cream ( I like skimming the cream off the top of our weekly raw milk)

Pinch of coconut sugar

Cardamom oil

Whip together but just barely dredge a toothpick in the cardamom oil and add just the top of the toothpick to the whipped cream. I love the Pampered Chef manual whipping cream vessel for this kind of application. Add flower sprinkle to the top of the whipped cream.

Flower Sprinkle

Chamomile flowers

Lavender flowers

Fennel seeds

Blue lotus flowers

When using flowers in food only use organic from an elevated source. Grind together in a mortar and pestle and place in a spice jar with a sprinkle top. Place in your spice cabinet for unique and special applications just like this.

Enjoy
