I’m always trying to find ways to not only get more clean protein in my body but also make it so delicious that I can’t wait to have it again and again. Protein is one of the ways I build my body’s long term savings account. When you have well sourced protein especially as you age you a better able to build stronger muscles. When you build stronger muscles you not only build stronger bones through those muscles pulling on your bones but you also have a greater likelihood of being more nimble on your feet which in turn makes you less likely of falling and reducing your active and vital lifestyle.

In my opinion so many people are worried about what the scale says when they should really be focusing on how strong, agile and resilient they are. These are the harbingers of a future life well lived.
Sooooo I make things that basically put a few aces in my pocket so that when my body, brain and connective tissue need their basic building blocks they don’t go without.
I like to pair my smoothies with a good solid meal or a handful of Sulfurzyme (MSM) capsules to round out my complete and dynamic body restoration.
Chocolate Power Smoothie
Ice in your blender… add….
Raw milk 1 c or more
2 eggs (raw watch your sourcing :know your farmer)
2 scoops Organised
1 scoop Fijn Functional Drinking Chocolate
1 scoop Terrasoul masala chai
1 scoop Perfect collagen peptides
1-2 scoops Pure Protein Complete chocolate
1 T David Rio tiger spice chai

If you are a peanut butter kid add a big scoop of your favorite nut butter or use the powdered protein peanut butter to add a nice flavor and more protein
I like to put this smoothie in a Yeti cup with a straw top so if I don’t finish it I can easily put it in the fridge for tomorrow. I always like to use either a big glass straw or a stainless steel straw. These are easy to find and prevent microplastics from being added to your smoothies.
Enjoy.
