Juicy Organic Love…

I have been juicing for years. In fact my mother always had some sort of organic carrot juice that she was making in the kitchen. Where most kids got KoolAid I got wheatgrass. This is something that at the time was not so cool (Ha!) but now I am so thankful for my mother who is always showing me how to truly live a amazingly vital life.

So, I have been juicing away for many years and I realized that some of you may be interested in my juicing ways. Juicing is an amazing way to get lots of high vibrational fruits and vegetables into your body, which will  help you to get the required 8-12 servings of fruits and veggies a day. When you start to do this you will realize how good you feel and you will want to feel that way every day. If you don’t want to juice for yourself or even if you do you can always visit Fruitive for some juicy goodness on the go.

How To Juice

  1. Get a juicer. (Mine is a Champion and it is awesome. I have had it for 20+ years and it is indestructible. )
  2. Buy lots of fresh organic fruits and vegetables.
  3. Juice them.
  4. Drink your juice.
  5. Repeat daily.
  6. Smile & know that you are amazing!

As a chiropractor I find that people who eat healthy foods, sleep restfully, think happy thoughts, move & sweat often, and get their spines adjusted by great chiropractors, just live better and more fulfilled lives. So give it a try and start with a simple juice.

    My husband would like me to start juicing more! I don’t have a juicer yet, and in the interim, what about just blending everything? That is how we make our “juice” or fruit/veggie smoothies right now. Is there a specific health benefit to the juicer, other than beautiful convenience?

    • When you juice you get all of the essence of the fruits and veggies without having to digest the fiber. This allows you to get lots of servings without the fibrous load. I love to make both smoothies in the VitaMix and juices. Most days I do both.
