I love to create delicious high vibrational foods in my kitchen. The other day a friend shared her yummy raw snacks with me. I just loved the pure energy that my body felt after eating them. So I decided to try to make some of my own. These are easy and delicious.
Be warned that these ingredients are very high energy so you may not want to eat these right before you go to bed…. ENJOY!
Raw Power Bites
- 2 cups of dates – make into a paste in food processor
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup of coconut – unsweetened + more for rolling
- 3 T sunflower seeds
- 3 T chia seeds
- 3 T cacao powder
- 2 tsp maca powder
- 1 tsp goji powder
- 1/2 tsp raw ground vanilla
- 1/4 tsp camu powder
Blend all ingredients in food processor until well mixed. Scrape down a few times. Chill for an hour. Roll into bite size balls then roll in unsweetened coconut.
These travel well and have no need for refridgeration.
