The Lymphatic oil experience

One of my favorite morning tone setting strategies is massaging my major lymphatic chains. I start this as soon as my feet hit the ground. This is a little recipe I put together to create a wonderful morning ritual.

You can always substitute any of my suggestions to your preference. This is just what came together for myself.

This is a little bottle I like to have in my morning bag.

The base oils are :

Cayenne Castor Oil:

1/4 c castor oil

2 tsp ground cayenne

Blend together and sit for at least one week. Pour off when ready to use, leaving the cayenne in the bottom. The oil should have a beautiful rosey color.

Dandelion Apricot oil:

Fill a Ball jar with dehydrated or dried dandelion flowers, roots and leaves. Cover completely with organic apricot oil. Warm gently. I use a baby bottle warmer. 1-2 days. Pour off when ready to use.

Comfrey Olive Oil:

Fill a Ball jar with dehydrated or dried comfrey flowers and leaves. Cover completely with organic olive oil. Warm gently. I use a baby bottle warmer. 1-2 days. Pour off when ready to use.
