It is that time of the week again……SUNDAY!……Dr. Mark is getting back from an early morning paddle board and then I will run down to the beach for a blissed out yoga session on the dune…. Then the gluten-free waffles are on!!! These yummy little offerings are amazing served with free range happy sausage and an egg on top with maple syrup and grass-fed butter of course.
Gluten-Free Waffles… Yummmmmmm!
-1.5c Pamela’s gf artisan flour
– 2c+ fresh milk or alternative
– 2 happy eggs- 2 T coconut oil melted
– 1.5 T coconut sugar
– 2 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 1 T white vinegar
– 1 tsp vanilla
… Put that goodness in your waffle iron and know that all is right in the world
