My smoothies are my go to morning nourishment. As many of my patients and friends know I always have a smoothie that I am sipping on. Whether I am in the office, playing in my garden or enjoying the sand between my toes, I make a smoothie to keep my clean energy propelling me throughout the day. My smoothies change with the seasons and with my body’s Innate needs.
I am on Holiday in Maui and the seasonal bounty has inspired me to create a culinary masterpiece. I would like to share it with you.
Dr. C’s GreenGoddess Smoothie.
- 1 Cup whole milk Organic yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Mango juice
- 1/2 Cup Coconut juice
- 1 frozen Banana
- 1 half ripe Avocado
- 1/2 Cup fresh Pineapple
- 1 small handful of Cilantro
- 1 TBS Bee Pollen
- 1 TBS Wild Hawaiian Spirulina
