I love this quote. It is a perfect explanation of INNATE. One of my favorite yoga teachers, Gina Foresta, read this in class the other morning and I just had to share it. Always remember that you were given an amazing gift and opportunity, when you were gifted your body and spirit. You are encapsulated energy within an ever shifting and growing physical shell. It is your birth right to let this magnificence radiate throughout our world and to let your inner radiance be known.

Chiropractic is the most important tool to help your body be connected to its spirit.
