We just had a lovely dinner with friends. They invited us over to partake in pizza out of their backyard pizza oven. Yes, they made their own pizza oven and it is amazing! So since I am gluten-free, how do I eat pizza?….. How do you make decent pizza crust without gluten. This recipe is supper easy without all of the weird binders that lots of gluten-free breads have.
- 4 organic eggs – free roaming are the best!
- 1/4 cup organic greek yogurt or homemade
- 1/4-1/3 cup organic raw cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1 T olive oil
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp chia seeds
Mix the wet ingredients with the cheese and the chia seeds. Add sifted coconut flour, salt and garlic. Spread thin onto oiled parchment on a baking sheet. Bake 10-13 min. at 400′. Remove from oven place on cornmeal dusted baking sheet, add your favorite toppings, bake until cheese is bubbling.
