Some of my favorite experiences in my office is involved with caring for families, mamas and babies. In my opinion the transition from pregnancy to new motherhood is one of the most incredible experiences of our lives. New mamas need all the radical self care we can bless into their lives. . These cookies are a great gift idea for any new mom in your life. Quite frankly they are good for everyone not just the newly lactating.
Ample hydration, reduced stress, regular chiropractic care for both mommy and baby and lots of time on the boob with help with regulating milk supplies as well.

2/3 c gluten free flour (we like Pamela’s)
1 1/2 c oats
1/2 c raisins or chopped dried figs
1/3 c shredded coconut
6 oz chocolate chips
1/4 c brewers yeast
1/4 c flaxseed meal
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
1/2 c soft grass fed butter
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla (here is my homemade recipe)
3 drops cinnamon bark vitality
3 drops lemon vitality
3 drops fennel vitality (here are my favorite oils)
Cream butter and sugar together add egg, vanilla and essential oils. Whisk together all dry ingredients add to butter blend. Stir in coconut, chocolate and fruit. Scoop onto parchment lined cookie sheets. Do not flatten. Bake at 325° 18-22 minutes
