Hi friends I’m so happy that you decided to see what I’m all about. This is my little blog where I share all my recipes, health tips, advice for living out loud & pretty much just a place that I like to come when I am inspired by all things wonderful and vital in the world.

My name is Celeste McLean and I am a doctor of chiropractic, home birther, thinker, crafter, natural mama & lover of all things and creatures. (except styrofoam & mosquitoes 😂).

I have been creating a healthy life & community worldwide for twenty years, in and out my little practice by the sea in Virginia Beach VA. I have an incredible, patient & kind husband Mark who is also a chiropractor and practices in Norfolk Va. Sort of crazy that we have separate offices but it really works for us, and we are also able to help more people that way. We raise our two wild and wonderful daughters close to the earth & always with as much love & attention as we can.

About 5 years ago I got really inspired to research qualities of essential oils & wanted to bring them into my home with more knowledge & Intention. As a child oils were the only thing we used in our home besides chiropractic, exercise, whole foods & good clean living to promote health. My god father was even one of the pioneers of essential oils in Australia. (Total side note😍).

Well after two years I found the quality that I wanted for my family & dove in to the world of essential oils. Even though I had grown up with the best oils on the planet no one had ever taken the time to share that not all oils are not made equally, not even close. I started using them on myself and my family and couldn’t help telling all my friends how much they were helping us. I created an accidental business by just helping my friends get started with their own discount code.
