Today’s protein smoothie

This is one of my favorite smoothie hacks….

Freeze everything and then you don’t have to add ice & water them down.

Things I freeze for smoothies …

Fruit

Coconut milk

Nut milk

Fruit juices

Love, C

Today’s smoothie recipe:

  • Frozen banana
  • Frozen strawberries
  • Frozen pineapple
  • Homemade yogurt
  • Macadamia nut milk
  • Love & positivity

Put all of that in your Vita-mix (this is my favorite one) and give it a whirl. I like mine not too sweet. The more frozen pineapple the more sweet it will be.
